DFS produces statements, check images, EOBs, bills, and other documents much more quickly, securely and cost-effectively than is typically possible in-house. Securely all under one roof, DFS handles everything from data through delivery.

We have perfected several processes and systems that we applied to input data files results in what we call parse"o"matic. Our clients all have various computer hardware and software systems that produce their critical invoices, customer statements, internal management reports and other communications with their customers. These printed outputs of their existing systems, stored in electronic computer form, are transmitted or delivered to us for final processing. In several other cases the actual data input records, not the documents, come to us for processing and final distribution.

Working from your existing output file, we'll develop a custom statement layout design to enhance your member's comprehension of their account activity. The result is "easier to read" statements that include improved graphics and an overall "clean" look.

The client does not have to reprogram their computers or pay someone else to do it for them in order to enjoy the latest in automated document design and technology. Once we receive their data, we format each character on every line of their "old style" documents to produce completely redesigned output formats. OCR scanner lines for lock box processing and perforated tear-off customer remittance stubs can be created automatically and added to their documents, significantly enhancing cash flows. Address Bar-Coding and presorted First Class mailing speeds documents into the hands of your customer for prompt payment.

Another key feature of our service that helps to make DFS unique is that we can automatically merge multiple invoices or statements for the same mailing address, account number or job number into one envelope which greatly reduces the postage and envelope costs of our clients. We take the outputs of multiple billing cycles and combine them into one balanced mailing stream based on your specific criteria.

DFS has developed proprietary tools to manipulate the entire transaction detail of original print formats. We take the print image file or flat file layout from your host provider and reverse engineer it into a SQL database. After the data is parsed, it resides in a database format, data indicators are appended to allow for visual enhancements such as bolding, reverse fonts, proportional fonts, graphic enhancements and much more.
