Electronic Document Delivery
DFS can provide secure email delivery and/or notification and seamlessly integrate this new delivery method with your print and mail documents. Email delivery and/or notification can be triggered by an event, such as document creation.
Documents can be embedded within a mail message, an attachment to a mail message, or as an attachment with a PDF document.

Email Delivery and Notification Process:
- Document data, name, email address and customer passwords are received from the client or a self-registration process is available
- The data is converted to an electronic document format such as PDF
- An email is sent to the customer as a notification or with an attachment
- The email notification provides a customized message and gives a hyperlink to go to
- After the customer enters their password, they have access to the electronic document and can view, print or save the document to their computer
- If the email contains an embedded or attached document, it is available immediately by the customer
