Eric Bambury

Owner, CEO

Eric Bambury is the mastermind and architect behind DFS’s game-changing approach to volume mail, digital printing, and fulfillment systems and services. Continuously evaluating and researching ways to get things done faster, better, smarter, Eric leverages new technology for the greatest efficiency, cost savings, and potential. Eric oversees business development and the general direction of our company. He thinks printing doesn’t have to be more complicated than it needs to be, setting up DFS customers in days and weeks, rather than months.

Eric began his career more than 30 years ago, learning the trade at his father’s printing house while attending college. Initially setting forms, creating graphics, and working on desktop publishing, he’s developed our most innovative solutions. With his vast experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm, even the most challenging jobs are handled with ease. Infusing our entire company culture with a win/win philosophy.

Asked about customer service, Eric states unequivocally, “When a customer says jump, I say how high?”. His wife and twins are his pride and joy. A 4-handicap golfer, Eric appreciates a great day of golf with friends and customers.

James Gilbride

President and CTO

James Gilbride ensures that our processes and procedures are repeatable, audited, tracked, and future-proofed. He builds close partnerships with our customers, guaranteeing that your requests are turned into reality, better cared for, better looking, highly personalized, with improved response rates.

He believes strongly in both profitability and equitability. That’s why DFS has happy employees and very little turnover, translating into the highest-quality customer service and deliverables, across the board.

James is tasked with infrastructure management and data security: ensuring the predictability, accountability, integrity, and protection of your data – from point of origin to print floor. He states, “I am always striving for simplicity and peace of mind for the end user.”

A proud husband and father of two girls, he’s teaching his oldest daughter to drive. A self-proclaimed computer nerd, he also enjoys manual mechanical hobbies and landscaping to round things out. James describes himself as “part fish,” spending as much time as possible in water.

Daniel Chavez

Chief Operations Officer

Working for DFS since 2002, Daniel Chavez is chief operations officer. Chavez has held printing, inserting, and operations positions at major printing companies since 1994. Once customers are onboarded, Daniel takes it from there, overseeing production floor operations. He makes sure your jobs run faster, smoother, and smarter, drawing on the many proprietary technologies and processes that have transformed our business into a state-of-the-art facility, second to none. Daniel is deeply appreciated for his open communication style and attention to detail.

Daniel and his wife have two extraordinary sons. He coaches football and baseball for 5-year-olds through college level. He loves to mentor, and teaches people how to be positive in life.

Nick Bambury

Vice President, Chief Product Officer

Nick Bambury has worn quite a few hats in the printing and data processing worlds. During college breaks and summers, starting in 1994, Nick interned at the family business. Today, Nick still brings it, taking a top-down and bottom-up approach. His goal: keep DFS running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll find him supporting customers and backing up the team, whether pulling the whole package together, building our brand, or delivering finished jobs in person to meet a deadline. His motto is “Do whatever it takes.” While training new team members, this is the ideology he passes along.

Demoing and remodeling the home he shares with his wife and baby girl, Nick jumps in with both feet in all his endeavors – at home and work. As an avid food and wine connoisseur, he recently toured some of the most renowned wine regions of France.

Checking this incredible adventure off his bucket list, he tasted his way across Reims, Bordeaux, and Burgundy while making stops in Cannes, St. Tropez, Nice, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Monaco, and Paris.

When entertaining vendors, clients, and customers he’s usually the one everyone turns to when selecting the restaurant and wines for the occasion!
