Eric Bambury is the architect behind DFS’s breakthrough approach to volume mail, digital printing, and online fulfillment services. He oversees business development, innovation, and the future of our company. Eric believes in standardization, delivering quality projects – accelerated to the highest level of technology. With systems designed for flexibility and growth.

James Gilbride stewards DFS’s administrative and technology divisions: information technology, security, and application development. Ensuring the predictability, accountability, integrity, and protection of your data – from point of origin to print floor. He brings a people-centric approach to leadership, responsible for customer onboarding and ongoing interactions to account services and human resources. He sees DFS as a culture that cares for our customers and employees over everything else.

James says, “I have a singular interest in being everything to everyone: customers, employees, and shareholders. I have the capability to expedite decision-making and collaboration while creating ease in business. Supporting a team of confident people willing to try new things to get light years ahead. We work through everything together. I am always striving for simplicity and peace of mind for the end user.”

Daniel Chavez

Chief Operations Officer

Daniel Chavez brings 30 years in the print/mail business to our clients. He and his team are the hidden heroes that keep DFS producing at the highest level possible.

Once customers are onboarded, Daniel takes it from there, overseeing all production floor operations. He makes sure jobs run faster, smoother, leaner, and smarter, drawing on our many proprietary DFS technologies and processes. Transforming the company into two high- performing, state-of-the-art facilities.

Daniel says, “The integrity that we put into every mail piece is second to none. I ask our employees to give 100%. I adapt well and gravitate to helping the team be better and do better. How many buckets can we fill today? Giving, not taking. How can we surround the day with positivity? Can I make our employees’ and our clients’ day or lives even better? The more you can help, the more it comes back to you. It’s my job to provide everyone with the tools, insight, and support to be successful.”

Nick Bambury

Nick Bambury is responsible for guiding, assisting, and driving the leadership team. You might also find him pulling the whole package together, building our brand, and exceeding tight deadlines. Equally important, Nick has built solid, long-term relationships with the best, most reliable vendors in the business – which translates into access to critical, high-demand materials and timely, exceptional products. His motto is “Do whatever it takes to deliver.” This is the ideology he communicates to everyone at DFS.

Nick says, “We achieve amazing results. Our processes and systems scale to any size client, small business to large enterprise. Our attention is laser-focused on the details, giving customers personal attention and time. This is our culture.
